Payments:

Payment is to be made by credit/debit card only. We use Stripe as a payment gateway. All payment details are collected securely by Stripe for the purposes of payment. Credit/debit card details are not held on Traders Corner’s website. They are held off-site, securely at Stripe.

Payment for our service is to be made monthly. Subscribers have the option to buy a one-month subscription as a single purchase or can opt to select an auto-renew payment plan that will deduct subscription fees from your card monthly.

Subscribers selecting an auto-renew payment plan will be notified of an impending payment each month. The auto-renew payment plan can be cancelled at any time should the user so wish. In the event that a user cancels the auto-renew payment between monthly payment cycles, the remaining subscription time on the user’s profile will lapse once the paid-for period comes to an end.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Users are entitled to a free seven-day trial to sample this service. Thereafter users will be required to pay for the service monthly at the prescribed monthly rate.

Users will be entitled to cancel the service at any time. Such cancellation will be effective from the end of the payment period when the cancellation is made. No refund will be permitted for the remaining period between the cancellation date and the date of termination of the service.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the direction of the management of Traders Corner. Should you wish to claim a refund for part of a subscription after cancellation, please use the Contact facility on this website to request a refund. Such requests will be considered but not guaranteed.
